When the groups become too small or too large over time and new groups start, it is possible that groups will be merged into a new group. It is therefore possible that you will train at a different time. As you progress in level, you may also move on to other lesson times.
Clothing and protection:Most materials can be purchased at the association's webshop To avoid purchasing the wrong materials and/or clothing, it is not recommended to buy items on your own without prior consultation. This prevents disappointment afterwards. Krav Maga Twente supplies these materials whenever possible. Articles are delivered to the lesson location after cash or bank payment.
In the first 2 months it is allowed to train in training pants, T-shirt and indoor sports shoes (eg wrestling shoes/indoor fitness or indoor sports shoes). From P1 level, a level patch is also worn on the left leg below the IKMF logo. The pants, T-shirt, logo and patches can be purchased through Krav Maga Twente. Protective attributes such as cross protection (toque) and dental protection should be used. After 2 months you will need shin guards and MMA gloves.
